Press gently with your thumb and forefinger on either side of the bridge of your nose, massaging up and down three times.



Use both thumbs to press just below your eyebrows. Hold for three to five seconds.



Place index or middle fingers on top of your cheek bones, just under the center of your pupils. Massage in light, circular motions eight times.



With your thumb against the side of your index finger, apply gentle pressure above the eyebrows and at several points around the eye.



If you do not find any relief after these excercises within 3 days, you need immediate attention. Neglect at this stage can cause irreversible damage to your eyes for life.
